This 7-day meal plan follows the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol as developed by Dr. Sarah Ballantyne, Ph.D. It is free from all foods with the potential to stimulate the immune system, increase inflammation, and cause irritation to the digestive tract.
This plan includes the 7-day plan, 12 recipes, and shopping list for the week. A meal prep guide is also included so you can follow the steps to be organised for the week. Where possible we cook once and eat twice to make it more practical and save time.
