How long will I have access to the program?

How does an online course work?

What results can I expect in 2 weeks?

Although results are very individual I haven’t had anybody go through the detox without results they were happy with. Weight loss is usually in the 1kg-5kg range, depending on how well you follow the program and where you are starting from. Increases in energy levels, focus, clearer skin, reduced bloating etc are harder to measure but are all regularly reported by those that complete the detox.

What kind of foods will I be eating on the detox?

You’ll be focusing on real, natural, whole foods in this detox. Foods you can buy from the supermarkets and local grocery stores.

Do I need to buy supplements to follow the program?

This program focuses on real, whole foods and there is no need to buy any supplements to get great results. There is a section in the guide on supplements that can be helpful when detoxing but these will depend on your individual situation and are not necessary.
