I specialise in helping people:

  1. With digestive disorders such as food intolerances, IBS and SIBO. Teach diets such as SCD (Specific Carbohydrate Diet), gluten free diet and FODMAPs to control symptoms and aid healing. You can either visit the Vibrant Nutrition IBS Clinic or work with Lisa over the phone.
  2. Reach a healthy weight and understand the best diet for you to achieve healthy, sustainable weight loss. This is done either via phone coaching or at the Vibrant Nutrition Weight Loss Clinic.
  3. Stop sugar cravings and switch on fat burning through the online nutritionist programs and in the Nutrition Clinic.
  4. Boost energy and metabolism through natural dietary upgrades and individualised tweaks.

What to Expect

Our initial consultation lasts about 1 hour and we discuss your current state of health, including your current eating and lifestyle habits, your health history and your health goals. There is also an online health questionnaire to complete before the first visit to allow more time to work on the action plan. If you suffer specific symptoms it may be suggested that certain diagnostic tests are ordered. The results and interpretation of these will help to narrow down a specific treatment plan. However, tests are always optional.

I will then analyse all the information gathered in order to assess the most appropriate treatment plan. The number of visits needed will depend on your goals, your current state of health and your individual circumstances.

You will be provided with recipes, information and action steps via email after each consultation.
