Fasting that fits the life you actually live
If you’ve tried an intermittent fasting program before and given up — or you’ve been curious but worried you’ll be ravenous, miserable, or “doing it wrong” — this is the program for you.
Flexible Fasting is a 3-week self-paced program designed by clinical nutritionist Lisa Snowdon, created specifically for midlife women whose energy, sleep, and waistline are no longer responding to the rules that used to work.
There’s no rigid 16:8 schedule. No skipping meals while you white-knuckle through your morning. Three flexible levels mean you start where your body is — and progress only when you’re ready.
Who this is for:
– Women aged 40+ who feel the old rules have stopped working
– Anyone who wakes up tired, even after a full night’s sleep
– People stuck in the bloat → snack → crash → repeat cycle
– Curious-but-cautious fasters who want a clinical framework, not Instagram hacks
– People who’ve tried fasting and felt awful, hangry, or hypoglycaemic and want to know what they got wrong
Who this is NOT for:
– People with active or untreated eating disorders (please reach out — fasting is not the right tool here)
– Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
– People with type 1 diabetes or on medication that requires regular food intake
– Anyone with active SIBO or gut conditions still in flare — please do my Gut Fix program first, then return here
What’s included:
– Three levels to choose from — Beginner, Intermediate, Adventurous — so you start where your body is
– Lessons delivered through the Practice Better platform & app (web + iOS + Android)
– Recipes and meal-timing templates for each level
– Practical guidance on hunger management, what to eat in your eating window, and when to break a fast
– Lifetime access — return to the program anytime your habits drift (and they will)
– Self-paced format — start the day you enrol

Frequently asked:
Will I be hungry?
You’ll feel hunger differently than you do now — but constant hunger is a sign the protocol is wrong, not that you’re failing. The program is built around steady, satisfying meals in your eating window so you’re not white-knuckling between fasts.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime. Enrol once, return whenever your habits drift.
Do I need to count calories or macros?
No. This intermittent fasting program teaches you how to eat in your eating window without calorie counting.
Can I do this if I have IBS, SIBO, or gut issues?
If you’re in active flare, please book a strategy session for my Gut Fix program first. Once your gut is settled, Flexible Fasting is an excellent next step.
Will I lose weight?
Many do — but weight loss is a side effect of metabolic recovery, not the goal. If sustainable weight loss is your primary goal and you want a personalised plan from your blood results, my Metabolism Fix program is the better fit.
Is this self-paced or live?
Self-paced intermittent fasting program. There is a live Q&A call for the launch round — you progress through the modules on your own schedule, in your own time.
