Some people notice a temporary shift in symptoms as they increase dietary diversity and fibre — this usually settles within a few days. Do I need to buy supplements?
No. The supplement guide is a reference tool — everything in this program can be done through food and lifestyle changes alone. Supplements are optional and targeted, not required.
