Green smoothies are a great way to boost your energy and increase your vitality. They may not sound so appealing but honestly give them a go, they’re great. They are a great snack when you are trying to beat sugar addiction.
When water is recommended preferably use spring water, otherwise filtered water. Don’t eat anything else with the smoothies or for 40 minutes before or after. Don’t use starchy vegetables, just green leaves. Always rotate the type of green leaves used in your smoothies otherwise, alkaloids accumulate and cause unwanted symptoms. You can store the smoothies in the fridge to be consumed later in the day, but they’re better fresh.
